In our latest roundup of fresh opinion, Paul Vosloo asks if you’d like to save the world and inspires people to do what they can to make a positive difference. In her piece on campus activism, Debbie Liebenberg says that certain Rhodes activists believe Feminism is about fighting, and explains that the very people who claim to be fighting against discrimination in one context are often guilty of prejudice in another.

Lara Moses celebrates the freedom her forefathers fought for, recounting her celebration on Youth Day. She sees positivity in her future, with so many opportunities waiting to be grabbed.

Finally, The Soapbox’s editor, Alex Matthews, discusses the recent service delivery protests in an interview with Austrian radio.
